Many flaws of the cities today are the outcome of uncoordinated and outdated urban development practices. We’re taking a whole new approach and coming up with strategies to create city environments that are in sync with the natural environment and improve people’s quality of life.

An approach rooted in partnerships

When creating the playbook, we follow the best global examples and combine academic research with the latest technologies. We work closely with various private and public stakeholders, including universities, startups, urban innovators, developers, city officials, and the local communities.

We're putting the theory into practice and turning an industrial seaside area in a prime location in Tallinn into the first climate neutral neighbourhood of Estonia.

A holistic view of urban planning

The playbook we're creating will include solutions to challenges across the whole urban system covering energy, mobility, waste management, public spaces and social inclusion.
